Returns & Exchanges

At Lime Lush Boutique, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat shipping fee will be deducted from your total store credit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit via a digital gift card sent to your email within 5-7 business days.
